Game: Xenogears
Materials used: The Chinese Changshan was made from green brocade with a floral pattern, frog closures, and black ribbon all from Amazon. The black lining for the Changshan and purple fake silk were was bought at Jo-Ann Fabrics (rest in peace Jo-Ann, we hardly knew ye.) The pink belt was bought years ago. The sword was a Bokken was from Ebogu. I used my real hair.
Fun facts: Xenogears is a flawed masterpiece. Disc 1 on it’s own is a 10/10, Disc 2, well… enough has been said about it’s flaws, but it’s only 10-20% of the entire game, so I still think it’s worth playing. The music alone is Yasunori Mitsuda’s finest. Some friends were doing a Xenogears group at Castle Point Anime Convention, and I figured I would join. I went with making Citan as he’s the most like me; we have similar intellectual tastes.
